Philippine government proposes P4.05 billion for five Metro Manila rain catchment facilities

The Marcos administration proposes spending P4.05 billion to construct five rainwater impounding facilities in Metro Manila to address perennial flooding, according to Executive Secretary Ralph Recto. The projects would be administered by the MMDA.
