Vietnam's top leader meets U.S. trade representative as reciprocal deal nears completion

Vietnamese media report that a reciprocal trade deal with the United States is close to completion. Hanoi's top leader To Lam met U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer yesterday in New York, where To Lam is set to attend the U.N. General Assembly.
